Check-in at The Porches Inn at Mass MoCA North Adams begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or a later departure may be possible depending on availability and advance arrangements.
Minimum Age and Identification
The minimum age for check-in is 21. Adults checking in must present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name and provide a payment method under the same name.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Standard reservations require a deposit equivalent to the first night under the property's booking policy. A full refund is available when cancellation occurs more than seven days before arrival. Changes or cancellations within seven days generally result in forfeiture of the deposit. Special promotional rates may carry different conditions.
Pet Policy
The Porches Inn at Mass MoCA North Adams has designated pet-friendly rooms. A confirmed reservation in one of those rooms is required, and pets are permitted only in specified lodging areas.
Dogs must remain leashed outside the room and be secured when left unattended. Pets are not allowed in the pool area or fitness center, and housekeeping does not enter while an unsecured pet remains inside the room. Additional pet conditions apply to the reservation.
Smoking Policy
Guest rooms and all interior spaces are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors, keeping the prohibition clear without requiring the entire property grounds to be smoke-free.
Children and Additional Sleeping Arrangements
Children are welcome at The Porches Inn at Mass MoCA North Adams. Pack ’n Plays and sleeping mats can be requested, subject to availability and the selected room layout. The property does not have connecting rooms, but one- and two-bedroom suites provide alternatives for parties needing more separation.
